Reserve Your Booth

To complete your online registration, select one of the options below to get started.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

A 25% deposit is required to reserve a booth. If you choose to pay by check through the “Bill Me” option rather than paying the deposit by credit card, you will receive an invoice. Please be sure to review deposit and full payment deadlines in the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations (available in the Exhibitor Resource Center).

  • Wed., May 19, 2027 | 12 – 6 p.m. | Exhibitor Move-in
  • Thurs., May 20, 2027 | 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. | Show Day #1
  • Fri., May 21, 2027 | 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. | Show Day #2
  • Fri., May 21, 2027 | 3 – 7 p.m. | Exhibitor Move-out

Exhibitor Resource Center

After reserving your booth, you will receive an email from the Michigan Dental Association welcoming you to the Great Lakes Dental Summit 2027’s Exhibitor Resource Center* along with a login to the portal where you can …

  • Manage your booth:
    • Update your primary contact
    • Provide a company logo
    • Add your company website and brief description for participants
    • Manage your booth representatives
    • Purchase additional booth representative badges
  • Complete payment:
    • 25% deposit due no later than October 31, 2026
    • Balance due no later than January 31, 2027
  • View sponsorship opportunities, including ways to enhance your booth with on-the-floor Experience Add-Ons

Booth Package

Each booth is a 10′ x 10′ draped booth including an 8′ back wall and two 3′ side rails. A booth includes:

  • Booth identification sign
  • Carpeted booth and aisles
  • Up to four (4) badges for booth staff
  • Lunch for each pre-identified booth staff on Thursday and Friday in the Exhibit Hall
  • A set of 3,500 mailing labels of MDA member dentists for your pre-show promotional use (must include ‘Mailing Label Add-On’ in your cart during booth registration to obtain)
  • Free basic Wi-Fi
  • Mobile scanning app for lead retrieval
  • Access to the Thursday, May 20, evening Afterglow with Great Lakes Dental Summit participants and other exhibitors and sponsors

IMPORTANT! Participants must pick up their own badge. Photo ID may be requested so please have it available.
